Franklyn Del Rio
Attorney Franklyn Del Rio has been practicing since 2002. He has always represented injured parties and never the insurance industry. However, trained by an experienced defense attorney, Mr. Del Rio understands the inner workings of the insurance industry, giving him a unique insight into how they evaluate cases and the things necessary to optimize the client’s recovery.
Graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelors degree in Criminology. He then attained his law degree from Stetson University, College of Law. Shortly after graduation he began working in a personal injury firm representing injured clients and their families.
He is licensed to practice in the state of Florida as well U. S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, federal court. He is a member of Hillsborough County Bar Association and Florida Justice Association.
In 2008 Mr. Del Rio opened his firm, dedicating his practice to defending clients rights. He focuses his efforts in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, catastrophic loss, immigration, bankruptcy and criminal defense
