LEGAL TEAM

Founder, Lead Attorney
Frank set out on his path to defending clients' rights early on, earning a bachelor's degree in Criminology at USF and graduating from Stetson University College of Law soon after. He started practicing law in 2002 under an experienced and respected defense attorney. There he got a unique perspective on the inner workings of insurance companies and their case evaluation processes.
Since 2008 he’s been working directly with his clients as the founder of Del Rio Law Group. Frank is licensed to practice in the state of Florida and the federal U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He’s a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Florida Justice Association.

Paralegal
Alecis accomplished and driven in pursuing a distinguished career in law — starting with his academic journey. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Criminology at the University of South Florida, graduating cum laude. With this strong foundation, he went on to study at Florida A&M University (FAMU) College of Law, where he graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor degree.
Alec is preparing for the Florida Bar exam and planning to practice in the areas of personal injury and criminal defense upon passing the Bar. His academic achievements and honors highlight his path to a successful and impactful legal career.
